GoDutch Homebuyers is a real estate investment company that makes cash offers to purchase residential properties. Submitting a property inquiry does not obligate either party to complete a transaction. Any offer made is subject to due diligence, property inspection, and final approval.

3. User Representations

By submitting a property inquiry, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal authority to sell the property
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are not currently under a listing agreement with a real estate agent

4. No Obligation

Submitting an inquiry creates no obligation for GoDutch Homebuyers to purchase your property, nor does it create any obligation for you to sell. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry at our sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoDutch Homebuyers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

8. SMS Communications

SMS Program & Use Cases. By providing your mobile number and submitting a property inquiry, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from GoDutch Homebuyers related to your property inquiry and cash offer, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up communications regarding your property, and service updates. Message frequency varies, typically up to 5 messages per month. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Opt-Out Instructions. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in. For help, reply HELP or contact us at tom@godutchhomebuyers.com.

Message & Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply to any SMS messages you send or receive. GoDutch Homebuyers is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless provider.

Carrier Liability. Our SMS program is supported by all major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
